The Green Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is thick, creamy, and oh so tasty! It also goes well with just about ANY topping you can think of! I added, bananas, almonds, blueberries, granny smith apples and chia seeds! 


1/2 Avocado

1 Chilled/Frozen banana

Handful of Kale

Handful of Spinach

Handful of Frozen Berries

1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup of Almond Milk

1/4 cup of Coconut Water

1 Teaspoon Spirulina (optional)

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. It will be quite thick and creamy (just the way I like it!) but add more coconut water if you prefer a thinner consistency! Add your toppings, and enjoy!
