This burger idea came to me as I was talking about my love of all things potatoes. Fries, mashed potato, hash browns, and TATOR TOTS! My love for tator tots began at an early age, and hasn't diminished since. So why not put it in a burger? Homemade is definitely the way to go, the tots were so crispy and went so well with the homemade aioli. I'll stop talking now, and let you get to it! Hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
Potatoes (I used 2 for my burger and few extras)
3. Add potato, oregano, salt and pepper to large bowl and mix
4. Form mixture into Tator tot shapes and shallow fry to golden brown
Three handfuls of cashews soaked for 4 hours
2 tsps apple cider vinegar
