vegan pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Flour

1/2 Tablespoon Sugar

2 Tablespoons Baking Powder

1 Pinch Salt

1/2 Smashed Banana (Can use more depending on your taste)

1 Cup Soymilk

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL (ADD SOYMILK & VEGETABLE OIL LAST). MIX UNTIL SMOOTH. HEAT PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF VEGAN BUTTER (My favourite is Nuttelex). POUR PANCAKE SIZE MIXTURE ONTO PAN, FLIP WHEN BUBBLES APPEAR IN THE CENTRE OF THE PANCAKE. SERVE WITH FRESH FRUIT & MAPLE SYRUP (*Not all Maple Syrup is vegan - look up a few brands before purchasing).
